Great Software!

Our implementer was Vani. It was really a pleasure working with her. She have been very responsive to all my calls and enquiries. My zoom session has really been very helpful for me which really save my time and helps me with understanding more about the software. Vani knowledge on the company software was really excellent and how she explain was really easy for me to understand. I really hope that the following support team in the future will guide us like how she did. Wishing you and your team all the best and hope you will continue to guide me and my team in the near future!

Overrated Apps which leaves much to desire

1. location/GPS tracking is poor. Hougang can ended up in upper Serangoon. Ubi road 3 can ended up in Ubi Ave 4. Have to exercise (move around) every morning for the apps to track the correct location… waste of users time. 2. Engineer applied for 5 days leave. System recorded only 2.5 days. Have to trouble the applicant to cancel the leave, approver to approve cancellation of leave, applicant to Reapply leave and approver to approve leave again. Not the first time. If it was software error, it is only right for Vendor to rectify the faults instead of troubling the users. If needs to trouble the users, what is point of buying or subscribing to this software? There is no basic incident report and action taken by the info tech vendor for such feedback. 3. No overview of monthly status of leave application. Was told need to pay additional money for such features which should be made available free of charge as management tools for using info-tech. 4. Have been using the info tech software for more than 1.5 year. Yet to see improvements for the above. Software should serve the user instead of creating works for the users.
5. There is no auto cc to the admin when the leave approver go on leave.. No logic at all as how is admin going to track all the staff who will be going on leave?

Good software! User friendly

InfoTech App and System is user friendly and easy to navigate the various functions. Combined with the clock-in/out hardware and mobile attendance, makes it easier to track the staff attendance, OT and lateness. The reports can be generated easily for the payroll, attendance, leave etc. The staff can access their own payslip, attendance clocking and leave application easily which allows them to take responsibility and be self-disciplined. The support team also very friendly and reliable to solved the issues. Thank you Info-tech!
