Not as sleek or easy to use as previous version

New app does improve upon the login and trade submission experience with FaceID. However the UI is more clunky here with much more scrolling and tapping required to move across views. For instance navigating from watchlist 2 to Custodian Portfolio > History and back to watchlist 2 requires so much tapping to return to the previous view it irritates the user. Can the app save the view state of the watchlist during the duration of user session?

Simple things like the trade submission UI for buy/sell actions look so similar that sometimes its easy to get confuse what action you’re performing unless you scroll up to check the buy/sell title. Could the background have light colour cues like red or blue to instead of white colour to guide the user? The buy/sell confirmation screen could also be more differentiated by colour.

The realised P/L screen for counter is showing incorrect SGD value vs foreign currency. They have rounding issues and both local and foreign currency are the same?

I suggest you use the app to trade other markets to understand the usability issues and defects better.

Actually worse than the previous app

Managed to login. the browser version is fine, but the app is just bad. does not show unrealized gains/loss, and it’s just difficult to navigate the portfolio page to find out what was the average trading price, market price, overall portfolio gains/loss etc. the previous one had it all in one screen, much easier to look at

Not a Positive Experience

UI is clunky and not as sleek as the previous app. Wonder who has vetted and provided the feedback on the user experience?
In portfolio section, should have a sub total of market value under the various accounts, be it CDP or SRS. This is a basic feature and yet iOCBC misses it! They expect user to do their own arithmetic gymnastics?
Look forward to improvements to this negative experience.
