Best easiest to use App

It is the best user friendly to have this app. It saved me the trouble of having to log in manually, which is my favourite first step. After logging in automatically, I just need to touch the Scan button to scan my receipts in the quickest time!!! And my points and available voucher amounts to use are all in a single glance! Keep up the good work! Cheers. Sharon

Most easy friendly retail app

Most happy being an ion member as it allows you to upload receipt for the past few days. Other app only allows same day and once you miss it that’s it.

Keeps signing us out

The app is quite annoying. It signs us out when we exit the app and we keep having to sign in when we want to use it. Would be great if you could incorporate such function in near future.

I use other apps by other malls too such as Capitastar, Suntec, Frasermall etc and they dont auto-log you out if you dont use the app. Also, if you are concerned that the points are redeemed by unauthorised persons, then i think the owner of the phone should be more concerned with his/her other cash/bank accounts than the unauthorised use of your mall points.
