Dear Ludia,

I liked the introduction of the new raid bosses, but they’re largely inaccessible to those who don’t have friends in the game, or those who just don’t like to make online friends. I hope that raids can be done by one person choosing all four creatures with the only downside being they must all be unique (e.g. you can’t use the 2 phorusaura and 2 spinoconstrictor combo). I also wish that the raids can be done however many times you want but just with a smaller prize (e.g. doing the Mortem Raid the second time will reward 5 Mortem DNA instead of the 15 guaranteed when you do it the first time). I also wish events are tied to their station rather than what the event is e.g. if there are two same events around me that gives epic incubators, I hope that when I do the event at one station and win, I can do that same event again at a different station and get the same rewards (same thing with the losing counters. Losing one difficult event and being unable to enter it again when all the stations around you is that event is why I want the difficulty of the events to be reduced the last time I left a review). This change may also incentivize people to explore to get more rewards from events.

Appreciate the improvements made

Since the last update, the previous problems seems to become so so much better. Although it will still be laggy whenever returning to the game, whether intentional or accidentally switching to other pages by touching the corners. However the time taken shorten much and it don’t require you to re-sign in every single time anymore. This is good enough for me, can really see the effort the team put into correcting the errors! Good job!

Awesome support! Addictive and fun game!

Besides being a fun game, Ludia’s staff listens to feedback and constantly strives to make the game even better, by removing bugs and adding new features/items/dinosaurs into the game.

I once lost my level 13 account when I tried to experiment on having my wife’s account on my phone. I was devastated! I both emailed and sent a message to Ludia’s help and support, hoping that they can help. Initially, I was a little skeptical that they will do anything for an average customer like me, but I am gratefully and pleasantly surprised that they helped me through the whole process patiently (for 5 days) and then they finally managed to retrieve and load up my lost account!!! Would like to specifically thank Mario, Jhon and the Pterosaur office for all their help!

Kudos to Ludia and its staff!! I am forever grateful!!!
