Improve on Clock In Clock Out

If the app could capture clock in/clock out with only one button:
1. Login app, select Clock In/Clock Out.
2. When one wants to clock in, why not show only one button available at the center and app will capture the time as usual.
3. At end of day, also only show one button and app will capture the time as usual.
This will greatly reduce the wrongful clicking of clocking in when it was time to clock out and vice versa.

Terrible Support/Attitude/App

They have discontinued their 'older apps' three times in the past, but did not create a notification to inform users about the changes and each time the apps acted like they were actively logging in the data. Also, when I reset my password, they EMAILED me my existing password in plain text. When I posted a review with this information they outright denied it, claiming that I don't know how to use (blame the user right?). My rating is a reflection of their attitude and inclination to keep changing their app without proper communication. The current app in particular uses biometric to login but logs out EVERY time I try to use the app and it'll ask me to fill all the data (3 lines of cryptic stuff to remember) which is akin to filling a form in today's time. Goodbye I've had it with your app!

Hi there, we appreciate if you can send us your feedback directly to support@justlogin.com so we can investigate because there is definitely some misunderstanding here.

Firstly, we do not discontinue our apps, this new mobile app is separate from our previous app. Users are free to use any of them, but we recommend the new app as it has many new features and we have received great feedback from many users.

Secondly, we do not have the practice of emailing your old password when you reset password. The practice is to send you a link to change your password.

Lastly, our features are all available in our new web user interface, perhaps you are unfamiliar with it, please write in to support@justlogin.com, we are happy to guide you through over a call.

Good capabilities wrapped in a neat package

Quite a lot of features that are handy to use from the app (clock in/out, apply leave, download payslip etc). Additionally able to see my teammates on leave and the scheduled roster too without the need to login via the website. Occasionally used to sign me out, but with Singpass login, it’s much more easier to access the app.
