easy to use, but updates are not timely
easy to use and order my drink in advance, but the status of my drink is always not updated. does not show that my drink has been prepared and ready for collection, so there have been multiple times where the estimated preparation time is 5min, but waited for almost 20min until i went to ask if my drink was ready. please fix this issue
User friendly app.
Interface was quite user friendly. Able to top up my Koi card and order my drinks in advance easily.
Finally a mobile app for Koi!
Been drinking koi bbt for the longest. Glad it can finally store and top up my cards on the go. I can also order drinks conveniently on my mobile and then collect at the outlet. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
