Ratings and Reviews
App keeps crashing
Payment transaction and selection of dates are smooth. However, once you close the app it cannot be open again because it keeps crashing. Only way to re-open the app is to delete and reinstall it again.
Horrible Website & App
Full of glitches. Over the years, this has not improved a single bit. Once you key in passport details and try to check out (before payment), and wish to make amendments to booking, you will not be able to check out (on website and app) as it will say “duplicated passport number for onward trip”. This does NOT make sense. Please get some proper IT people to fix your horrible system. Such a waste of time.
Website is not user-friendly as it takes multiple tabs to find the page to book the train too.

When are you going to fix the navigation bar that overlap with the horizontal line below (for swipe up to Home Screen)
