Looks like your phone is offline!!
App was working fine before the update... now after the update, it only works when im connected to the home router at home... can u solve this asap?? Keeps showing “looks like your phone is offline”, it doesnt even allow me to login using my email and password. Tried logging in via the website, tells me my email n password is wrong! Gosh! Live chats are useless as well! None of them could help! Emails and feedback sent, nobody bothered to reply at all!
Great app
Excellent design and functionality. Gives me everything I need to monitor and manage my home wireless 3 mesh routers. I can track devices connected, status of each individual router, administer the network, set 3 devices as higher priority, and do on. I can even check everything completely remotely not just when I am home. Awesome. The internet speed shown by the app is probably not right (but then every app shows different speed and the range is so vast it’s impossible to say which is right).
Fabulous apps and mesh wifi
It makes setup seamless and for subsequent maintenance. All the technical jargons are translated to layman terms & animation. I change my entire Apple network to Velop and it’s simple awesome! No more blind spots, intermittent wifi! I used a total of 6 Velop to make a full mesh in me residence of 1600sqft. Reason I need 6 as all my walls are concrete, thus making signals vulnerable to broadcast. Simply love the mesh & simplicity couple with the app!! Awesome Linksys...
