Logitech Control 4+

I’ve always enjoyed Logitech products but sadly not this flip folio.
The primary reason why I buy this keyboard is to free up screen space occupied by the iOS keyboard. This product is supposed to work like the external apple keyboard but it doesn’t. The iOS keyboard still appears even with the flip folio keyboard attached. Still occupying screen space. This product is worse than any other BT keyboard.
With its price, i should have bought the Apple Original external keyboard instead.
Sad and disappointed.

I thought that this app is supposed to allow us to use the keyboard even when it’s not connected to the iPad. I mean, if it needs to be attached in order to function, then the presence of this App means nothing at all, except to update the firmware.
Perhaps you guys can think of a solution to this, a function that allows the keyboard to be connect wirelessly by Bluetooth and can be used without being connected physically. Bluetooth is already in iPads and many keyboards, isn’t it? It’s not so far fetched, right?

Every click on the trackpad needs to be pushed in physically. There should be an option to just tap the trackpad to click on something on the screen. The track pad becomes annoying after awhile of physically pushing the stiff trackpad which is not enjoyable. Either make it easier click or allow us to tap by software which should be easy to implement.
Actually this will be my last Logitech product. I’m done with this company that ignores it’s customers
