Ratings and Reviews
Cannot even redeem voucher
The amount of reward is so limited and taken in just a few days. Could have been taken up even before disclosing to public. Ridiculous!
Rewards catalogue not working
Not able to see any of the redeemable vouchers in the app catalogue so not able to redeem. Last working on 18 Jul 22 in the morning, became like this in afternoon. Have logged in/out and also reinstalled the app. Please fix.
Keep asking delivery location
App. Keep asking for delivery location.
Key in at least ten times in different combinations, still cannot saved.
Also, asking for “City”, try to key in but cannot.
In the end, uninstalled App and go to another grocery stall.
Have no issue with previous Tesco app.
This is the worst app that I ever encounter.
Developer never test properly before releasing.
