Transaction history

There should he a function for your patrons to check their transaction history instead of needing to go to the counters to check how many destinations dollars they have earned from each location.

App getting from bad to worse

The new updates seem to make the App worse:
1. Previously was able to see how much $ to maintain the same tier, now the information is gone, only showing us how far we are from elite, please show for all tiers.

2. Previously able to see when the card is expiring now we can’t after the update.

A good and basic App for a reward card should consist of a few things:

- how much money to spend to maintain the same tier by which date (which was previously shown) why take it away? Make no sense.

- about to scan receipt to clock in wherever we are, so that if we dine in late we still have at least 1 week (eg. Lendlease App) or at least 24 hours(eg. CapitaLand). This is to avoid crowd (especially now is Covid period) and gives people the ease of scanning the receipts at their own time.

Please examine and learn from these major shopping mall’s Apps which is way more sophisticated and successful than what you have. BMS is a prestigious mall, it only make sense to have an App that can catch up with the current technology and situation, having to queue up is really very backward. In fact many of the malls are no longer allowing queues and patrons have to scan their own receipts for hygiene purpose. Think of how to be more efficient, I believe the concierge is busy enough.

Useless app

The app got worse with each update. First, sand corp had exposed customer data and now tries to tighten the safety of the app but by that, the app gets complicated and usually doesn’t even start properly anymore neither can one log in.
A company like Sands Corp should have the budget to develop and app that matches their hotel/casino quality … but it doesn’t.
