Confidential Information
There's a tab wherein it says to key in your password because the messenger wants to use your confidential information and the option were always allow, deny and allow only. I clicked the deny initially but nothing happened so I input my password and just pressed the allow my messenger loads but the option still there so I clicked the always alloW. It's like forcing you to click the always allow before it will be gone. Also my messenger keeps on lagging and crashing before this. I even thought it's my Mac's problem but after reading the reviews I realiezed its not just me facing this problem. My messenger works fine on my phone but on my Macbook it's the opposite. I hope they do something about this.
Restricting new UI errors when sending messages
The UI of Messenger was fine until the most recent update. Suddenly I can't shrink my list of friends down to icons (which I like to do to save space), and there's a new grey tab which cannot be closed. At least give the option.
Some of my messages also repeat themselves despite clicking send only once. The previous message, when sent, sometimes doesn't clear out of the type box as well.
It used to be better until all these updates started happening. Can someone please fix all these problems??
Very laggy
Messenger on the Mac used to work just fine, but with a recent update, it's gotten extremely slow with getting things loaded and it constantly lags or just full out stops working. I can no longer navigate from chat to chat with ease and I can no longer forward or react to messages anymore. More often than not, I'm having to revert to using messenger via logging into facebook on the browser, which defeats the point of the app.
