Thank you to the Facebook team and thank you to Meta, truly, from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻✨Getting my account back wasn’t just about regaining access to a social media platform…It felt like I finally got my entire life’s memory box back.For me, Facebook has never been just an app.It’s the place where I’ve kept my story for so many years from my childhood memories, to my teenage days, to precious moments with my family.It’s like a diary that grew up with me.And the most meaningful part of all…It holds every memory of my children, from my first child all the way to my third.Their baby pictures,their first smile,their first steps,their first words,their cute moments, their milestones, their growthevery little thing a mother treasures with her whole heart.All of it has been kept safely on Facebook, like a treasure chest full of love 💙So when I couldn’t access my account for almost a week…I wasn’t just worried about my profile.I was terrified that I might lose years of memoriesmy childhood moments and the beautiful journey of raising all three of my kids.It truly felt like a part of my life was locked away.And today… I finally got it all back 💙🙏🏻Thank you to the Facebook team and Meta for carefully reviewing my account and working through every step.Thank you for helping me regain access to the memories of my first, second, and third child every photo, every video, every moment that means the world to me.Thank you for giving me back the place where so much of my life is kept.And thank you to everyone who checked on me, sent love, and waited for me to return.Coming back and seeing my feed, my friends, my community it feels incredibly warm and comforting.From now on, I’ll take even better care of my accountand continue creating content to share with all of you 🤍✨I’m so happy to be back. Their ads are terrible. Please take note that ads that you do not like, there is no use to hide it or report it. Facebook will do nothing about it. One ad got me sooo frustrated. I decided to change my age and guess what? My account got locked. Tried to send in some many documents from Id to passport to first aid card, still cannot get it unlock. As if I am a fraud or what. If only they can also get an alternate option of unlocking account with my mobile number. I am beginning to lose hope to them releasing my account. Best thing, I have an online event to attend on Facebook. It probably a no go now. I have to painstakingly unlink all my other accounts that link to Facebook. Ohhhh… 1 more thing. Their Facebook support is useless. Don’t bother sending them email. They will not reply you. Send truck loads of email still cannot response. I wonder does it goes to trash directly. One thing good that came out of this is that I realised that I am hooked to Facebook without knowing. I used this as a reading platform for news and financial advice on “the burrow”. After days of Facebook detox, though something feels missing but I think I can quit Facebook totally. Just pity my years of photo album. If the end of which, still cannot unlock my account. I am prepared to part my ways with Facebook. There are so many social media platforms nowadays. Facebook is old now. Probably to leave for good.

Its so irritating and frustrating to keep having advertisements i know its part of the regulations but pleaseee stop having sooooo much ads and please stop with regular updates.. yes we all know its to improve Facebook apps to make it a better platform but some updates are just know not what most user are looking for but most of us wants just a simple and useful app that let us use for a long run not with all the time updates... cut down on it please again i emphasise its not worth it if the app is getting slower and slower yes you will suggest us to change to a better phone but what if those with lower income and still want to use your app but their phone cant take the size of the app?? Obviously by having the app makes their phone slower to operate.. i know im ranting im talking zero sense but i really cant take it anymore this too much updates too much adverts too much until it drains our battery please make it a simplified app that will benefit all user and sellers doing live overall keep it up

What's crucial to state is that I absolutely did not commit any such acts. I wasn't even using my account for several days prior to its disablement. I firmly believe my account was either hacked and exploited by someone else to post violating content, or this is a severe error on Facebook's part.I attempted to appeal this decision, but Facebook rejected it, stating that 'you cannot request another review of this decision.' They offered no opportunity for me to prove my innocence or to further investigate the possibility of my account being compromised.To make matters worse, when I tried to create new Facebook accounts, they were all immediately disabled. It appears Facebook has blacklisted my IP address and/or device, completely preventing me from accessing the platform.This means that a long-time, loyal user like myself has lost all my memories and the ability to connect with friends, all due to a false accusation or a security flaw on Facebook's end (if the account was hacked). I cannot afford to buy a new phone or a new phone number just to try and use Facebook again.I am utterly disappointed with how Facebook has handled this. While I support their 'zero-tolerance' policy for serious violations, they lack a fair mechanism to protect or support innocent users who are falsely accused or are victims of hacking. This situation has completely ruined my experience and trust in Facebook.
