Poor UI

Too many options and clicks required to complete a simple task of taking a photo, adjusting and saving it to photos. This is a consumer app, not enterprise app. Looks like Microsoft still doesn’t get mobile.

App switches to landscape mode at its whim

App never obeys portrait lock on the iPhone. Worse now, it defaults to landscape mode, so that every picture taken has to be rotated 3 times to be potrait orientation. Can’t you at least let us manually lock to portrait mode, or provide the other direction for rotation? On the occasion the app does manages to take a potrait photo, it will turn the image 180 degrees, upside down, which will require two rotations. On my iPhone, every 7 or 8 photos I take, the app always crashes. This has never been addressed or fixed. All in all, this app is next to unusable, or insufferable for the user. I’m only using this app because I have not found a better substitute. Hopefully after I upgrade to a new iPhone and use IOS 14, the app will perform adequately. I can only hope.

Working fine until it suddenly decides not to upload to OneNote

Used this as a business card scanner for about 6 months and was working fine. However, it just refuses to upload today and despite disconnecting and Re-login and deleting and re-installing, the app refuse to connect to OneNote with a pop-up saying please sign in with email and password but I am already signed in. Closing the pop-up did not bring me anywhere too and just got stuck at the save screen. This is now 0% working..
