Lagging
Tried to vote for mama awards but it has been lagging for many consecutive days. (Lag as in note allowing me to vote, and stopping at the 5 second count down before allowing you to vote.) The first two days when I first started voting worked. After that it lagged every time even when my wifi is good. Hence, I was wondering if you pick a group that’s not suppose to win the app registers you vote and make it lag really bad. Hope my suspicions are wrong…
Awful moderation (or none at all)
The app is not a friendly place for fans or idols at all. There is no comment moderation, and no penalties or suspension of IP addresses for malicious commenters. For a big company like MNet, it’s appalling that there aren’t even these basic moderations in place.
I cannot sign up
The app send email verification to my email but keep saying that it’s not the correct one and I tried with different emails but same problem still occur.
