Sad experience

Able to pick up video call via teleconsultation but the app keep lag n forced to end call. I guess i should have recover before i get a successful video call. 🥹

Terrible App & even more terrible customer service blaming the app

Tried to book a teleconsult and did not get a notification of the call by the doctor. Apparently you have to stare at your phone for 2 hours until you get the call in order not to miss it.
Customer service says its the app’s problem and the prepaymentvis therefore forfieted.
What a SCAM!!

Would like to know how do I edit the profile details?

Selected the wrong language, wanted to re-select and edit but seems like I couldn’t edit the profile details.
