Ratings and Reviews
Ver. 4.9.0 make device offline
Ever since I update mycloud home app to ver 4.9.0, the device shows “offline”.
Feedback on WD community no one reply.
Call support line, agent no help and keep saying server no issue.
WD advise me do not store important files into device, always back up first before back up into this “back up” what a joke lol Disappointed product!

Back button notworking
I am using iphone pro max and the back button located on the top left is not responsing each time i want to return to a previous page. Please fix this.
Lousy Product
The goal of buying a cloud drive is so that I can save or backup my data anywhere. But this device is rubbish. I bought the device in March 2021 and it is faulty in less than 12 months. It went offline suddenly and the support is simply useless. WD will only tell you : “Too bad, do 1 for 1 replacement but you will need to pay 3x the price of the device to recover your data.” If I can rate, I will give it -100. If you thinking of buying this product. PLEASE DONT…
