None of my comments in my review from 27 August last year have been taken into account. As such, it’s still a mediocre app with no improvements. Essentially it’s just a basic points collector and nothing else. Have you even thought of implementing a “counter” that tracks how long a particular pair of lenses have been worn, and when it’s time to dispose them?

This is one lousy app. It doesn’t allow you to change stores. Of course I know changing stores may not be good in the Long run, but if the original store is no good? Or I need new contact lenses urgently? It’s pretty dumb that I need to call Acuvue office n talked n explained why I need to change stores! N hv to wait 3 days to change it!!!! Then the app is not always in good working order. It always says “error message” when I try to open it. Delete n re-download doesn’t help at all!!! Worse app ever! Doesn’t deserve a single star....

You updated the app to implement some form of verification through OTP, but the UI doesn’t even allow me to type in my phone number. It’s showing my old phone number and no matter how I press my screen, it does not allow me to change it. Wasn’t there some form of user acceptance testing before this is deployed? Ridiculous.

Reward system is great. What would be nice is to have a date tracker for our contact lenses. Tend to always forget when i should change my bi-weekly’s. I feel it would be a great benefit to us users.
