Very bad and unprofessional customer service ever
Their customer service is not customer first and not friendly. Whatever they said is become their terms and conditions. There is many hidden terms and conditions after sales services. It is not benefit for customer but for their good. There is many untold and unexplained terms and conditions which made you angry.
Very Bad Internet service provider in Myanmar
I subscribed Myanmar Net Fiber Internet a few years ago with a speed of 17 mbps but now I get 0.06 mbps.
I ask call center to solve bad internet connection but they didn’t solve the problem for a long time.
I will not use Myanmar net anymore.
I don’t recommend Myanmar Net internet service.
Worst Service Ever
The internet speed is very low connection and their customer service can’t handle the customer’s complaints well. They just postponed the problems n put a blame on other department again n again.
