Excellent App with great Service
This app is exceptionally user friendly and works like charm! I have become a big fan of My Bluebird and especially this app. It’s so convenient to schedule a ride, hail a ride and pay online and drivers are just so good. This service is very safe! Must for all to subscribe and experience

The map is slow and i cannot add tips after 15mins
I always use Bluebird despite its very bad and slow app because i trust the service. As someone who much prefers to pay cashless and likes giving tips, i think the app should allow the passenger to give tips to the drivers within 12 or 24hrs after the ride. A timeslot of only 15mins after the ride ends is so short as I don’t always look at my phone immediately after a ride. Please consider this feedback!

Easy passcode check and confirmation
I really like to use the application and the new feature easyride. Please make the passcode confirmation more easy for the driver, for example maybe by checking the passcode with the customer passcode shown then just pressed OK.
