Ratings and Reviews
Has to be better
After selecting date and other fields with drop down list, the iOS app screen has no option to go to next field. It is not user-friendly to touch elsewhere in the screen to go the next or previous field to get back to the data entry screen again. Surely the app has to be revamped and even overhauled to simplify screen navigation.
Major improvements are required
For a 5 star airlines, the app is really poor. Slow response UI, when make booking from website will not automatically appear on GA App you need to retrieve bookings manually. Showing error messages multiple times, promotions are poorly advertised, they really need to improve their mobile App and catch up with other 5 star airlines.
You Need To Fire Your Developer!
Your app keeps crashing with iOS14. It’s been downhill from my original 5-star rating. Pay attention to your reviews otherwise what’s the point of feedback if you’re not listening?

After providing a 5-star review, the App went back to its old ways. It's still buggy and unresponsive especially when trying to search for flights. You guys seriously need to maintain your app. Otherwise take it off the store.

Kudos to the technical team for updating the app! It's way better now as compared to the old one which had ALOT of bugs! Keep up the good job and please know that travellers like myself appreciate the effort. Once again, well done.
PS: I hope you guys continuously maintain the app otherwise I'll have to revise my review.
