Missing the ability to set a preset direction/oscillation

Overall, the app does what it needs to do. The only thing missing is the ability to have preset oscillation on the app (for example, if I’m having dinner, it will face this direction, and if I’m watching tv, it will face that direction).

First, the app on my Apple Watch doesn’t even work because it cannot see the light cycle lamp and I’m using.(just shows that no device is connected) However it is not the most annoying part. When I try to input my age into the lamp’s settings, it’s just erases the number as if it would reset it. The same is to the wake up mode, night mode and away mode. I guess this an easy fix, but it is still so annoying(

Hello, thanks for leaving us a review.The Apple watch controls are currently only available for the Dyson Zone.We’re actively working to expand this to other devices and with each release get a little closer to that goal. We're also working on an update to the Watch screen to better highlight product compatibility.Please keep an eye on our future releases for further information - check our store page for an update on what's included.Regarding the In-App settings, please unplug your product from the power supply and wait 10 minutes before plugging it back in. This should help to re-establish the connection to the Dyson Cloud. If you still need help, reach out to our local team. The App is Terrible

Like most products - development and support disappears after launch - quasi “benefits” are merely a program designed to keep buying more products through “service” … There are basic app improvements that could implemented tomorrow - but will eventually come to some future product. How its not possible to set a saved position is beyond me! You basically have to press multiple buttons to get it to a position you want.

The app does not allow us to change settings mid cleaning. I have to stop the clean, let the robot go back to station. Dump the vacuum before allowing me to start a new clean just because I want to change the setting for my current clean. Also, I hope that there’s a button to “APPLY TO ALL” because it’s a hassle to change the settings one by one for each room.
