It’s a really great idea to help ease up arrival documentation. However, the group submission for SGAC doesn’t work. I tried doing it for a group of 4 thru the app twice, but was rejected by the immigration staff saying that my submission didn’t go thru and they couldn’t see it in the system. One of the staff helping out with the SGAC iPad kiosks at Changi airport commented that there could be a bug with the group submission. Apparently group submissions of more than 2 members would not be successful for some unknown reason. It was a really tiring experience, after a long flight and whiny kids at hand, and also having to struggle with the SGAC submission for three times. Finally, we decided to use the iPad kiosk, and made 4 individual submissions instead of a group submission. This time it worked. So there is indeed some bug with the group submission. Please fix the bug to avoid such painful experiences, or remove the group submission feature.

I think this app is a great idea so I don’t have to fill out the same info again and again. But one downside : I was checking in Melb, Australia to come back to Singapore and was asked to show SG Arrival Card so I showed the form that was submitted in the app, and the airport staff rejected it saying it doesn't look like the web version!!! I had to do it again on the web version for her to let me through. Perhaps you can somehow make the final form to be downloadable PDF and make it look the same as the web version.

Simple and easy app to use. Never had any issue . Have used numerous times on group app and single trip app. Allows you to save data and can see the earlier completed trips. Hope all this digital always stay and make travellers journey better. In future it can be integrated with Singpass to enter and exit singapore more better so we do not have to fill out details and just scan and go.
