The PB App 2.0 - A Complete 180° from the Previous Disaster
The new PB app is a massive improvement in every way. The sleek, modern interface looks like something from this decade. It's so much easier to manage the finances and bank on the go now.
The previous version of the PB app (PB Engage) scored an abysmal 1.5 stars on the App Store. This new app is a complete revamp that can help restore customers' trust.
Suggestion:
The new PB app currently doesn’t have the ability to view or download account statements. This is a crucial feature that needs to be added. All other major bank apps allow customers to quickly view monthly statements in the app itself and download them as needed
