OSIM uDream 4+

Very extremely disappointed even after the one-to-one exchange effected two weeks ago. UDream still hang while massaging. Music will also stops or re-start. Supposed to enjoy the relaxing session, ended up fill with so much frustrations. I’ve been a loyal customer and this is the first ever encounter for such an expensive massage chair which gives so much problems 😤😤😤 Please do something about it!!!

The massage chair is great but the app needs to be fixed and more improvements.

1. I'm on Iphone Xs max with IOS 15.2. The app asks me frequently to grant connection to the bluetooth even when the app is not running and when I am out of home. This isn't logical to request bluetooth connection when not using it at all. I had the app deleted and reinstalled 3 times. No change.

Edit: this is also happening on a Iphone 7 I have.

2. It is troublesome that the app always ask to login. When can't the app remember our log in information ? There is no sensitive information when you use the app so why need to log in each time you launch the app ? Just make an option to remember user log in or to not remember user log in if the device is a shared device

3. The massage sessions are only 15 mn each. It would be great to have an option to combine several 15 mn options. When you go to a massage or TCM, one session is 1 hour. When you want to do 1 hour massage with the massage chair, you need to press the buttons many times to start a session. This breaks the momentum of your relaxing time. This is not relaxing when you see the timing reaching the last minutes and need to press on start button again. Or make session of 30 mn or 1 hour. With 15 mn only it feels like the massage chair is hurried to massage everywhere and doesn't have enough time to massage well one zone then needs to rush elsewhere

1. We did not encounter the Bluetooth ask frequently to grant connection, kindly provide a video clip for our investigation and send to apps.suppport@osim.com.sg.
2. May I know you are login with Facebook, email address or Apple ID, as we will improve on auto logout issue, at the mean time please unpair the massage from the App if you are not in used instead of kill the App, it will not log you out if you do the unpair manually.
3. The massage session only 15 mins is for safety precaution we don't advise to continuous massage more than 15 mins at the same spot of body. Thanks

Customer Service, Collin, admitted that the company knows the issue with this app. Yet they still chose to sell the product and make empty promises and making consumers pay a premium for a white elephant. This is what we call empty promise in customer service terms.

If you were to return the product and had traded in your working massage chair , they will not even refund you the traded in amount. The ‘value’ of your massage chair will be absorbed by OSIM because it has become the property of OSIM.

Eg Trade in $2500 and you paid $6969 after trade in. On refund or return of the white elephant, they will only return you $6969. You lost an old but working massage chair for nothing. This is their way of forcing you to continue hold on to their faulty product.
