PinnacleSG app allows you to have a teleconsult with the doctor, book an appointment in the clinic or get a queue number in the clinic. You can also arrange for delivery of medication, check previous records and make payment with the app.

Walk-In Queue
What’s the damn point of being able to issue walk-in queue when still have to go counter to check in? Waited for an hour then being told should jave gone to the counter. Might as well go counter straight. The app also only shows Q no. is accepted but never mention of going to the counter🙄🙄
