Poor interface - black background and black fonts
This is maybe the 3rd time reporting for over a few months. I am using the iwitness function and when you try to type in the details, Guess what... black background and black fonts, so you will have to Guess what you have typed...can’t see at all. Pls fix it.
Also it took forever to upload video on iwitness. Will developer pls take notice. This is really a poor piece of software engineering.
No records of submission
Convenient but this is half-baked, practically it’s a wrapper (lazy or no budget), not proper app. Hopefully, This does NOT reflect the service quality.
How to check the report that been submitted?
Where and how to know about the case reported? What action has been taken…
The date cannot be changed, need to cut and edit on notes, modified and paste back.
How to be a smart nation when police app is not?
Cannot report traffic violations through app. Was directed to police website, have to log in Singpass to report. If you click wrong link, there is no way for you to go back. Have to go back to square one and do again. Frustrating. Might as well don’t report and let offenders go Scot free. Less work for police also.
