I don’t quite understand about this new concept or company.
I do not like having to buy coins.
If I find it too difficult to understand I will continue to buy from q10.
Besides having to put in a nickname. And every nickname I typed in has been taken and so have to type in several times till a nickname is not taken.

When I wanted to buy things from Qoo10, I cannot apply the discount coupon and was “forced” to purchased coins and pay through this. What’s wrong with the old way which can be done in less than a minute?

The instructions to pay through this new coins thingy were unclear and somewhat confusing, I ended up paying twice as after I paid for the coins, I still cannot pay for the items! So it’s more complicated now to buy from Qoo10? Or just cannot use coupon if we prefer to pay by the old way? I really don’t know. Just very frustrating experience.

Created an account to purchase the airpods cause I thought it was a good deal and they said the launch special had a cool discount.

When I installed the app (after creating like 4 accounts which was such a silly process), I STILL had to purchase 153 Q-coins (equivalent to ~$205). It's insane because I spent all that time and went through the hassle of downloading the app and creating accounts (login + wallet account), and I received a discount of just $3. I simply expected a steeper discount, especially when you market it as your "grand opening special discount."

I was hoping this new Qubee platform would be an improved Qoo10 but honestly it's just a waste of time, having to convert the cash into coins.

It's a sad and uninspired way of hoping to get customers into your own cash flow ecosystem.

There simply isn't enough rewards for users to join, and coupled with your terrible onboarding user journey, I don't think this platform is going to work.

New users, stay away!
