QSM (Qoo10 Sales Manager) is a program for sellers to conveniently manage their listed items. This program is distributed by Qoo10 so, if you’re already a registered seller, you may directly log into QSM using the same Qoo10 ID and password.
This is the main functions of Mobile QSM.
1. Sales Analytics & Best Item : You can check Sales Analytics for the most popular items in the past 7 days.
2. New Orders & POD : New order notifications, delivery updates and confirmation information.
3. Price & Qty : View all your current items on sale and edit price & Qty.
4. E-ticket & Reservation : Redeem e-ticket and confirm reservation.

Ratings and Reviews
It’s just a matter of time when Qoo10 shuts down
Look at the ratings & you will see how bad is this app. I’ve given up using it. Frankly, the one on the PC is just as bad. I don’t know what kind of English they are using, it’s probably directly translated from Mandarin. It’s been 3 months & ive been trying almost everyday but I can’t get my products into the live platform. The help from Qoo10 is non-existent & they are probably using part-time students to reply to emails just to while the time away. Till today, all of the issues I have resolved on my own. I don’t know why so many people still use Qoo10 when Shopee & Lazada are so much better in so many things.
Not able to work well
After download, unable to see listing, need to sign out & sign in again. Finally able to see listing, but PC version doesn’t work. Click to edit & listing or promotion, nothing happen. Can’t do anything with this app. Disappointment.
Terrible. Doesn’t load anything
As terrible as the qsm website. Both equally bad, difficult to use. No seller support. Buyer is right all the time. Be sure to lose money selling here.
