Ratings and Reviews
Need to remove expired listings
To make your portal more reliable, I recommend automatically deleting listings older than 30 days. This will make it easier to search for examples with the lowest psf or price when using the filter. It would be great if there could be a second filter option to select listings that are less than 7 days old.
Return call
I called in the morning. Till now, there is no return call.
I called again at 1.45pm. Wonder how long it takes to return my call??
Transacted pricing SRX
To our understanding so of the transacted pricing shouldn’t be reflected to affect the rest of the owner calling price. The latest 8 Nassim transacted was due to a forced sale : Sherriff Sale via Auction and this has benchmark the selling price to other owner unit who is not justifiable. We appreciate if you could take down the pricing in yr record.
Also there is 2 agents that are without exclusive right to posted the listings. Please have them remove.
