Restore the SMS capability
In the latest version, the app do not have a SMS capability. We have to send a message to the listing agent. The message is captured and flagged (I presume) to the listing agents’ Account.
But I guess most agents are not actively monitoring the PG account. Some may not even have the app to notice that they have a message. Hence there is no response to messages sent to agents via the PG messaging feature.
Instead, by sending an SMS to the agent, I got faster and prompt responses. So Please restore the option to send SMS to the agent. Otherwise PG need to have a more effective way of pushing messages in their account to the listing agent/ person.
And on push notification, sending email notification is not the solution because many agents may have tens to hundreds of emails daily. And PG’s email may be lost in the priority list.
Good App for searching house
This is a good and very useful app for searching houses and properties. I have used it regularly and find it more and more improved over years. Though some further improvement can be suggested. 1) should suggest nearby bus stops available near property and should show no of mins it takes to reach nearby MRTs by those bus options. Eg now in THE BAYSHORE there is no transport detail at all under aminities. 2) in past transaction of rental units of same condo, can add more data with filters as unit level number, furnished or unfurnished etc. For eg in mandarin garden or Savannah condo or Double Bay condo you can see 2 Bed room unit gone on rent at 1.9k upto 2.9k. This data is given without any other additional info except sq ft area. Thanks from

Mediocre Property App
The app is the most comprehensive for Singapore listings when buying or leasing. The negative is that is it is quite poor for its functionality when compared to other apps around the world. It has too many of the same property by differing agents, can be 10-12, the pictures, videos, maps and floor plans is clunky. My biggest gripe is that every time there is a relatively minor upgrade it doesn’t allow you to use the app until the latest version is uploaded. That is just poor programming and poor quality control in the app development.
