So easy to earn points
All my favourite Brands under one app. can earn so many bonus points with each transaction, and redeem rewards easily! Hope to see even more brands like decathlon, fairprice, popular and toy R us on yuu soon!
Not a good option for cashback and rebates
The app is certainly making it easier for you to earn points but most merchants aren’t even asking you if you have the app before you make payment. Once you show them the app after payment made, they just tell you, “oh too bad. Next time you make a purchase you must show us.” This is coming from Toast Box at Paya Lebar Quarter and 7-Eleven at Bugis+. Shouldn’t staff at the outlets be the one to ask if you have the app or not?
Don’t think most of their “partners” are even encouraging the use of the app. Rewards are still relatively little at this stage.
Think it’s ok to use at the start given the cashback accumulation to be a bit faster but don't expect it to happen very quickly once you get into the habit of using the app. It’s quite little most of the time, so you have to buy more to get more cashback.
Cannot link my passion card!
Got my new passion card in January. Try to link my card in February and this month but still cannot! Keep stating wrong CAN. Had contacted customer service in February and was told they will assist me and once it’s linked they will call or email me but I didn’t hear from them at all. Yesterday contacted customer service again and was told will get back to me again. So I hope it will be resolved soon. It’s so frustrating!
