Reduce - Addiction timer is available on iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac computers with Apple Silicon. 

Your progess will automatically sync between your devices.

The app is designed to make the process of quitting addictions as painless as possible by slow and gradually increase the time between your consumption.

It's very simple to use. You tap the big button each time you're done consuming your addiction and you'll get a notification when your free to consume the next time.

The next consumption time is automatically calculated based on the level of choice, easy, normal or hard. 

In addition your heart rate data can if allowed be imported from the Apple Health app. Your heart rate will then be analysed to make adjustments to the time between addiction consumption and next time for the button to unlock. In the app referred to as pulse time, e.g. if your recent heart rate average show signs of exercise a slight delay will be added.

Tapping the button on your Apple Watch or iPhone each time your done consuming will make you aware of the frequency and patterns of your addiction. Knowledge that is valuable when taking back control.
