This app was really lousy. The offer wallet wasn’t working when we wanted to use the complimentary skyway tickets. Spent almost an hour walking around trying to see if it would load further away from the skyway area in case they jammed it so people would have to buy the tickets. When we tried to seek help from the customer service, we were told that they only had available slots at 9pm! We were leaving already that day! And when we requested to speak to a manager, the girl gave us the excuse that the manager had stomach trouble and just left…. the exact moment when we wanted to see him or her. But from what was said later, it just sounded like the manager didn’t want to help at all. So they lied too on top of not wanting to help. Amazing place and app. Not. 3/4 of our party ended up having to buy tickets…

My experience with the RWS app has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts, I've consistently encountered login issues. Even after resorting to the "forgot password" option, I never received any SMS to reset my password, rendering the feature useless. The messenger chat box, intended for support, proved utterly ineffective as it only engaged with a bot, failing to address my concerns. It's evident that the app developer and the bot's functionality are subpar, leading to a frustrating user experience. Overall, it's a super lousy app with significant login flaws and an unhelpful chat feature.
