App down for more than a month
Unable to access to login and don’t render proper support to help in accessing. Various occasions staff provide empty promises assist to in resolving issue and had to ding dong by calls and visit to venue but unable to deliver what has promised. Even after enhancement of app, it doesn’t work. Till to-date no staff revert what’s the status. Sigh.
terrible horrendous app!

But then I go through all the steps, past your OTP authentication process only to face this dumb error that the username does not comply with (stupid) rule. Mind you I’m using all small caps with no special characters or spaces. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
