Account unable to login after awhile
This is the most useless app I’ve ever used. I downloaded it because I’m traveling to China for a holiday. At first, it worked, but after a while, it stopped me from making payments due to a daily transaction limit. After a few days, they locked my account. Now I’m stuck on the login page, and even face recognition doesn’t work. I can’t access my funds while I’m in China. I contacted their support, but it’s been days and I still haven’t received a reply. I’m flying back to my country in just two days!
Worst app ever
Has a withdrawal limit of 100 per day without the flexibility to change it. Not only that their support is almost non existent. I wrote them an email they don’t reply me. Not only that their system is horrendous. After using Face ID I am just stuck at the enter passcode screen. Why did Changi pay even partner with an unreliable service like this?
Worst app design ever; don’t use it
The submit / next buttons are hidden under the screen, makes it impossible to click. Moreover, once you top up with cash, it’s stuck inside the app and cannot be transferred back to the bank account; unlike DBS PayLah! (A much much better designer app). Think twice before downloading. I never write bad reviews; this is my first, which shows how bad this Liquid Pay is.

We're constantly reviewing and improving the user experience for the app. For the case of Liquid Cash, it's transferable between accounts. Simply tap on the 'wallet' tab, hit the 'transfer' button under Liquid Cash card and key in the amount and contact you would like to transfer to. Feel free to drop an email to support@liquidpay.com if you're facing cash transfer issues. Your request will be prioritized as soon as we get in touch via email.
