Horrible UX design and unreliable app
(1) Login page content fails to load with constant spins. It depends on luck with relentless tries. (2) The most stupid UX when the claim progress will vanish completely the moment you toggle to another screen to obtain the specific info/doc needed to submit a claim. (3) Got kicked out from the app the moment I hit submit claim. (4) For a simple claim, I had to submit the form 5 times from start to end because of the terrible UX design.
Updated app
Loving the new interface, smooth process to purchase the travel insurance. There is also a new feature to allow u to save a traveller so its more convenient than to type out the details of the traveller for every purchase.

Buy anything else than this insurance,Not worth your money
If you’re looking to buy insurance or have bought it ( in that case i am sorry) this is not the place to be. App authentication won’t work, your phones number ‘can’t be found’ if you try to login, if you try to register it’ll say ‘it’s already registered’.
Buy something else, anything, even legacy like AIG is better than this.
