Bought from FWD numerous times , but they proved one case claim for my friend son while he was sick during the trip to phuket , the claim was debited on time when we touch down in Singapore airport. The speed and the response took all of us by surprise We are all so thankful to FWD , we will trust we will always be in good hands with FWD.Last but not least, the entire process to claim is SEAMLESS.. thanks again FWD thou I have not and hope will have any claims .. but I’m sure I will be taken care of if it happen.🙏🙏🙏

First of all one has to go through a maze to get to an operator and secondly, first to a robot and also talking to a CSO means like I am talking to a superior person., absolutely non helpful CSO..I made a small error with the arrival date ..just one day—and I was told to make a payment of first 7.90 and later page updated to $7.60..Fwd was ok initially but now it takes ages for them to compute claims also as if I owe you guys a living… you are acting as if you are the only travel insurer in singapore…if you guys cannot do or amend one simple request, then I just don’t want to deal with you guys at all..asked the CSO to talk toanother supervisor, he was not helpful at all..no prompt information provided by him, unapproachable and simply no tact..seriously fwd is becoming like one arrogant travel insurance provider…real pain in the head when it comes flexibility and service..

I'm a loyal customer for many years, and have been very satisfied with the experience on your website, I felt it was smooth, refreshing and professional. I decided to give the app a try since you mentioned on your website that it has better ux. In my mind, i thought it will also simplify my purchase in future (eg saved info of family members so that i dont need to keep filling their info) Goodness, i was so frustrated at the payment gateway flow! I had to restart the whole form entry flow multiple times, and now I'm insure whether payment has been made. Please review the payment ux, it is because of your implementation and not the bank's ux. It really bothered me to the point that I'm willing to spend time to write this review now.
Pretty smooth process for travel insurance

FWD has been the go-to for me esp the process is very smooth to cater for my travel insurance needs. App interface is very easy and allows most flexibility I need. I haven’t run into claims situation so far so I wouldn’t comment on that till the day I need to claim from them fingers crossed they are as good as they claim.
