My car Listing

Honestly I am quite pleased with the posting, quite seamless and hassle free. Certainly a go-to platform, if you intend to sell your used car. Also I like that there is no time constraint to allow the advert to be posted and regular checking in on the car status, where a click of button will suffice for the update. Thanks SGCM!

So many junk listing

This is not a search friendly app. So many junk listings. No quality check by platform owner. What’s the point of having all the search criteria when Sellers can INTENTIONALLY listing their cars in the wrong category to get more views. OPC and COE cars not listed in the right category should be taken down! Users have scroll through so many junk listings. Waste time.

Update: Instead of asking me to point you to the OPC or COE cars violating the listing criteria to gain search exposure, can you do your own research? There are too many to list down! Just do a search using DEPRE below 7k and select all Car Categories but EXCLUDE OPC and COE cars, and you will see many OPC and NEW COE cars pop up. What’s the point of having search criteria when listings are not classified properly?

Update 2: I’m trying to give you feedback to improve the app but it seems like you don’t understand or refuse to understand. I did UNCHECK the boxes for OPC and COE (isn’t this same meaning as EXCLUDE above) and there are still plenty of irrelevant ads. Anyway the search in this app has no QC. Not search friendly.

Thank you for your feedback megsvoo. Based on what you have explained you could have still left the "OPC" and "COE Car" option still checked. When going through the search criteria be sure to exclude the "OPC" and "COE Car" option within the search fields. Hope this helps.

In Regards to Update 2; We appreciate your feedback and we do QC our app on a frequent basis, however, our current filter system works on "inclusion" instead of "exclusion" we find that this method works the best for the majority of our users who have been with us for a long time and is a reflection of the search filter on our website. As such, we are not planning to change the filter at this moment. Aside to this our app features a multitude of other articles and reviews that i'm sure you would enjoy as well. Have a great week ahead.

App is too backdated

SgCarMart content is great. But the app needs some serious tuning. I have never felt it as an app. It feels like a website on a mobile app/browser. No difference between me going to their website and me going to the app. Search function and filters are either lacking or doesn’t work. How can a used car search not have a filter for brand?? Performance of the app is slow. Best part of it, I go into a selected listing, and once I click back (lol you have to find for that back button), it brings me to the start of the page, which requires me to scroll down again going past the same listings I have already gone past and decided to ignore. User friendliness is close to zero. For now, I’m using carousell for used car searches. The filters and platform is much better.

Hi @v1385, Thanks for your feedback, we recommend that you try the search field right at the top, for the car make and model which we feel works better especially if you are are looking for a specific model.

As newer sites try to attract with better user experience and interface our site does actually not only attract eyeballs but we actually help you get a sell your car or find a reliable used car faster! We guess that it's from our love for cars, plus we don't sell anything else other than cars on our site for over 15 years now. ;)

Anyway, we will definitely consider your feedback to facelift the app by phases. Have a prosperous year ahead.
