For new user one needs to sign up and not sign in. Can’t sign up because sign in does t recognise. How do you launch an app that doesn’t allow new users to sign up? Poor User Experience behind this app development! Try again!

State “unable to find user” when i havent even sign up. No sign up button. Waste of time downloading this app

How to sign up ? No matter what I input still say invalid user ! Of course invalid cos never have the chance to sign up
