ShopBack IHerb Qoo10 rebates not received
I am a regular ShopBack and the past recent months I have not been receiving my rebates.
1. IHerb: the last 4 order’s rebates email not received and I filed missing cash back. Received a email and that my cashback has been rejected. Emailed back. Ask me to screen shot all the confirmation letter as customer service officer has no access. Ok. Still rejected and that is apparently cos IHerb has credited some other company or that I have click on some other website, edm etc which I obviously did not since this is not the first time I am using ShopBack.
I used to enjoy ShopBack but recent month it has become an extremely hassle and then Rejected.
Forced to update app now it’s unusable with lag
Was using an older version of the app (3.64.0) and it was working perfectly for a long time until 20th Apr 2023 when the developers forced an ‘Update Now’ pop up dialogue that cannot be dismissed. Not the first time this has happened. So after being forced to update to the latest version 4.41.0 the app is extremely laggy on the home section and I can barely scroll through the page. Clicking on any buttons takes a few seconds to load as well. There’s another review posted on 10 Apr that also mentioned about the lag. What did you do to ruin the otherwise stable app on 3.64.0?! Updated to 4.42.0 and now the massive lag on the home section is fixed but the app is still very unstable and will crash and force close out of nowhere every now and then. Please investigate and fix the issue. Updated to 4.44.0 and still the app is unstable. Using iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 15.7.1.
Shopback rewards are just a scam
Hi there , im using shopback since last year,and i even promote them to my friends, then there was a time a joined there so called refer a friend and have rewards,that time u need to refer the friend in just limited time, im very happy because im one of those people who got the 100sgd rewards it was november 2021, they said that the rewards will be in my account feb 2022. So i wait and wait and wait. Then last feb 7 they have a
Message telling me that my $100 reward was confirmed,but when i wake up in morning at feb 8 they suddenly rejected the rewards without prior notice or without any explanation why?, i tried to reach there customer service but it seems like nobdy cares😩. You know what if you dont wamt to give that reward better dont make this kind of jokes. Are you happy that the people who trusted you,feels like there are stupid for believing u? Hope this matter can be solved.
