One minor improvement
The discounts are great! The delivery time always takes longer then stated but that’s still not a big deal seeing that the prices are worth the wait. It’s very difficult however to collect the parcels when they reach as most of the time we are at work. It would really be great if you can add collection at POP stations. Consumers can then purchase stuff without worrying about not being able to collect them in case no one is at home. POP station collection will really be Super handy. Please please please consider adding this option!!
Could be better
I must say the sports/fitness apparels are at pretty good discounted prices which I often purchase. However I had vowed never ever to buy anymore scented candles and diffusers from this site. No fragrance, just some horrible “wax-y smell” that gave me bad headache! Should have know better... cheap products, cheap quality. Lesson learnt.
This must be one of the very few poorly developed sites that doesn’t save or keep items added in the cart after one exits from the app, if they want a little more time to decide later. It is totally frustrating having to re-search for the items all over from the various different events.
Next, the return process is also one of the least friendly. Why do we have to pay for the return postage charges? I could have bought a bag cheap for S$15, but to return it could cost me abt S$5 or more (registered post for assurance) due to the weight and size, then what kind of “refund” on the item does it get me? Why can’t you just tie up with POP Station services as an option?
Hope to see improvements that are more user friendly, offer better user experience. Otherwise it is quite a “shoppable” site.
Issue with the latest app
Keep having loading issues. Can’t even sign in or reset password. Am deleting and reinstalling the app to see if can log in.
On issues of return, occasionally you do get return stickers. I returned before thru the post office and accepted by the post office counter. The return was never received by Singsale somehow. I am skeptical about using that service now. Unfortunately I lost my receipt and could not show Singsale the proof.
Never had any issue with regards to returns when you could return on site. After Singsale insisted on having the returns sent back by post, Many returns were claimed to not have been received. Happened to my friends as well. Will be switching to ASOS. You can credit into your card. Free returns and item collected from your home
