Presented as a holotable full of Star Wars champions, Galaxy of Heroes lets you form a team and leap into thrilling turn-based battles. Playing as Luke Skywalker, Boba Fett, Ahsoka Tano and other characters from the films and animated series, you’ll need smart tactics to beat enemy squads. Missions take you from Hoth to Tatooine to Imperial ships—and gorgeous graphics make every sabre slash and blaster shot look spectacular. Even when you’re not fighting, though, the piles of unlockable characters, gear and abilities ensure you’ll have plenty to do.
Recommended for any Star Wars fan
I only came back recently and fell in love all over again with the game. The rich & immersive experience of SWGOH made me feel the sense of nostalgia I yearn for as both a gamer and Star Wars fan since young.
Heavily tilted and frustrating
Love Star Wars but hate this game! Favours obscure characters. I’m still waiting for Return of the Jedi Luke (shown on the splash screen). Instead, I get Chief Chirpa and Nightsister Zombie! If you like being frustrated by getting killed by Stormtroopers, Ewoks, Rancor and a stupid tank plus having 50 things to complete in a day every day, then this game is for you!!!
Then there’s the ultimate insult - gears! Almost all the characters need 20 Mk 3 Sienar Holo Projector. Then there’s gears that you need to buy with crystals and shards which are super hard to come by. Only the rich or powerful can get it and even then it’s too difficult.
The new Rey challenge second tier is 7-star for both Veteran Han (fourth one btw) and Veteran Chewie which can only be obtained through pay in the time introduced.
It’s just a matter of time before I will give this game up and move on...
