Apps MIA, Customer Service MIA
I felt cheated and scammed now and worried that my 1st subscription gone. No further notification given. Paid for the subscription, choose the bag I wish to rent, save in the rented box, no action from StyleTheory, bag in the box auto cut off and gone. Can’t even scheduled for delivery.
Been trying to contact the customer service but it take ages for “one” to reply. Last chat with Skylar asking for few information. Information given and then “gone”. Really terrible service especially after taken my subscription fees!
Better think multiple times before subscribing!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your company. I recently downloaded your app to rent a travel bag, and was appalled to find that you deducted the rental fee from my credit card before asking for my ID photo and face scan.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that I have attempted to contact your customer support team regarding this matter, but have not received any response as of yet. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has only added to my frustration.
As a responsible and ethical company, it is your duty to respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Furthermore, I urge you to review your customer onboarding process and ensure that customers are given clear instructions and options to provide their personal information before any payment is processed.
I demand an immediate refund of the rental fee that was charged to my credit card, as I will not be proceeding with the rental.
I hope that you take my feedback seriously and improve your services for the benefit of all your customers.

Got a free month’s trial for my birthday and really liked the pieces I tried out. Great quality, quick and fuss-free delivery. Had a question around returns and Jhemna from customer service was super responsive, friendly and answered all my questions clearly 👍🏼👍🏼
Wish I could give this 4.5 stars because I prefer browsing on a laptop but StyleTheory appears to be primarily an app-based service? Also a lot of the pieces that were recommended to me and that I liked turned out to be unavailable in my size. So it took me quite awhile to shortlist pieces for my box, but this might just be a me-problem for being so fussy 🥲 Spoiler alert: I did renew my subscription for another month
