Saved my life
Talkspace saved my life with one year of onli therapy to help me manage anxiety and with life’s difficult moment.
Terrible therapists
Got a therapist that works fine and she left suddenly. I have to restart therapy again. Tried a few more therapists and did not manage to get responsive ones. There are therapists who did not even reply within the time they would. And some therapists did not reply even once after a whole day. I thought they will reply at least once or twice each day? Luckily I got back my refund or the whole experience will be zero stars. Please avoid. It seems to be a scam taking advantage of suffering people.
Terrible Customer Support
While the therapists are helpful, the customer support is really terrible. They subscribed me to the most expensive plan without my knowledge and was unable to answer simple questions and would avoid providing details of the packages available despite multiple requests for information. Be prepared to deal with lousy support.
