The email address field is case sensitive , unlike any other application ( since we know there are no capitals in email addresses it should ignore case.)
Half the time you cant login - with error message unable to login” which is very unhelpful as gives no reasons.
Offers option to add booking but doesnt allow u to add, until you login (if u can). Often cant find booking ( check case if email)
When u book a ticket, you key all your information and only at end it suggests you create an account , but doesnt use any of the info you typed in so tou have to retype everything.
Clearly very little thought has gone into making this app user friendly- or ensuring it actually works
App crashes on 3.3.4
Please fix your latest application ver 3.3.4 on iOS. It crashes everytime u open it.
Also please fix those that enables dark mode on iOS, your contrast are all wrong!
Fix your booking feature also, i can never add a flight booking!
You should hire better developers or learn from your competitors.
Sometimes crashes on launch
When launchable, many menu options hard to select/long scroll without shortcuts. Also some issues booking same-day flights
