VietJet Air 4+

I like Vietjet for their competitive prices at most times and the many destinations they served. However, I have encountered many times problems with payment with credit cards in the last 4 years.

1) Amex Card - Can never accept it thought is listed as one of the cards for payment.

2) Visa/Master - several times their system will tell your card has been declined but Vietjet still charged your card for it without you knowing. Then you thinking is an error, will try again and Vietjet will again charged you for it. Then you have to call them or write them before they will credit it back to you. Imagine if you didn’t follow through with your refund payment on those transactions?

If you search for reviews on the internet, there are numerous complaints of the same for past years but Vietjet don’t seem to want to improve on it.
Perhaps, If only there is another Vietnamese budget airlines with better secure payment system and App will it improve in serving their customers online and improve on the integrity of their payment system.

I booked via this mobile apps on 21-Jun-19, it allow me to go enter detail and make booking, but when make payment it just prompt an error and charge to my credit card, press again same error and charge again, and do not receive any confirmation from VietJet at all, and I try to call all the VietJet hotline I managed to find online, it either can’t reach or not one pick up, can someone reply me solve my issue please!!!!

i have report the issue to them but i seems they purposely make it individually unable to buy directly from them ，only way is go througly other plateform ，so they can have some coffee money from other company？
