Not so convenient without the feature to save bookings outside of the app
I booked ticket from other service, but I want to keep track the ticket in VNA app (this feature is available in all other airlines except VNA), that's not convenient, please keep improving the app and learn from other airlines
Worst app ever
Whoever made this app, you should be shame on yourself. I bought 3 business class tickets for a family trip, and tried to select the seats in a same row as we have a 5 years old child. We wanted to select 7D/7G/7K but 7K was not available, so chose 6K instead of 7K. Luckily 7K became available later, so we revise the seat selection from 6K to 7K, then we lost the other two seats we wanted to keep. What’s surprising is that we tried to select 7D, 7G again and keep 7K, then we lost 7K again. So we tried to remove all seats and saved, then select all of them again, and it only gave us 7K. The problem is app/mobile web/desktop have all the same issue and we found it out because we tried all of them.

Worst Airline App I ever used
Unable to check in via apps and website, the website is confusing and not user-friendly. Should have done better as the country-represented airline.
