Loading speed improved a lot

It used to take 10+ seconds to load the homepage, now the loading speed is totally faster and acceptable. Good job!

I prefer previous version

I still prefer the PDF version, still not used to current version. I also encounter problem to download the latest E-Paper. For example after reading 28 Feb E-Paper on 1 March, I can’t access 1 March E-Paper no matter how I tried, example going to Home page to refresh the page or close & re-open the App… etc. Once I even gone to extra length to log-out & login. I have been facing this problem since this App been updated.

I still prefer the PDF version, still not used to current version. I also encounter problem to download the latest E-Paper. While I appreciate that BT has upgraded the interface and made the user experience more sleek, can I request for text article version of Today’s Paper like per the previous version? The current version has epaper but not keen to finger browse through PDF pages zooming in and out and moving it left and right just to digest an article. Thanks.

Fails to launch regularly

We have subscribed to BT for more than a year and are getting used to not reading it since we regularly have difficulty launching it. Even when we do, it hangs up after the first few pages. We made a mistake in stopping the hard copy but now have learnt to get the business news from elsewhere. It is now wasted money for us and does not make business sense to continue to subscribe to it.
