Very frustrated with the credit card payment issue. Initially it was working well. Then, I was prompted to verify the card by using small amount on credit card statement. Keyed in the wrong number due to USD (currency conversion issue). Then credit card payment was blocked. Has been with the support for 2 days and they can’t help much. All sorts of methods tried including installing and uninstalling the app, logging in and out. All don’t work. Have to use cash to pay for every single ride now.

Hi I have been using Uber since the day they started their operation here in Bangladesh. I prefer to use Uber than to maintain a car. So far I am happy that we have this service. But unfortunately sometimes I feel frustrated.In the morning, I take Uber service almost everyday from Mohakhali to Motijheel. Most of the time I found that the driver doesn’t know where their destination is! They supposed to see the drop off destination before they click the trip. Every time driver call and ask “Madam where are you? Where do you want to go?” (They supposed to see my location). When they comes to know that I will go to Motijheel, they ask me to cancel the trip and request again. If I don’t do it, they just delay so that I get to cancel the trip as I get late for my office. I have to choose another ride but I get punished with additional cancellation fee. Another issue is, when I select the destination , it shows me the expected time of vehicle arrival but most of the time it just not match when driver pick up the trip. For example, before confirming the ride it shows 4 mins. I decide and confirm, than after confirmation it shows 10 mins! Which is frustrating!! In the morning 10 mins late makes 30-45 mins delays in Motijheel route. I hope that you will look into these problems and work on solutions, which is not that difficult. I suggest before you allow drivers to use this app , they should be under some training. May be you already are doing it. I hope this review has been read by the proper authority. Here is a sincere feedback. I've been using uber a lot for the past 1.5years and i love it. I love how convenient it has been for me and it almost never failed to get me a ride to work and from work and to anywhere else. The idea of cashless transactions is awesome and the promotions used to be so attractive, and the customer service was superb. Which made me stick to using Uber instead of Grab. However, the recent amendments for this application has made me really unhappy. -i'm now, unable to reach out to uber easily. Thus, i have to resort to writing a feedback here. Uber just charged me like twice the price more than the estimated fare and i'm not even able to ask for help from uber on the fare issue. Secondly, i thought that uber has a policy of not charging for cancellation within 5 minutes? Why am I charged and again I cannot reach out for help or support.-i have problems pin pointing my exact location. Its not entirely accurate. And it would help a lot if I could do it easily at places that I'm not familiar with and dont know the address-promotions are getting less and less attractive compared to before and Grab. I'm almost unable to use the promotion at all because the promotions end so fast before i could even save any money on the next 5 rides.I sincerely hope that there will be an improvement for this app.
Unhappy with cancelled rental rides and addition of cancellation charges

Please note I booked 2hrs rental package today in Hyderabad and the Uber driver called me and wanted to discuss all my stop options. I explained the two stops and mentioned the rest will follow based on time available. The driver told me he is not ready to come and asked me to cancel the trip. I cancelled the trip and again booked the same with another driver. The same issue again repeated and I had to cancel the trip. However, I noticed that I have been asked to pay for trip cancellation which is due to the drivers issue. Hence please remove the unjust cancellation charges levied on me. Also want to know the reason for drivers rejecting rental trips while there is no such issue with normal single destination trips. Please note that while cancelling the trip there is option to mention that the trip is being cancelled as driver is not interested in the trip. Regards,Ramesh
