Horrible
Terrible app interface, I get prompted to register Face ID every single time I log in despite always agreeing. I also keep getting the option to Set Up Mighty Secure EVERY TIME I log in even though I keep setting it up with every log in (sometimes it even gets stuck on the loading screen). I don’t know what’s wrong but please look into all these issues as UOB is my main bank but having main features tied to the app is so frustrating if the app doesn’t even work properly.
On the other hand, UOB SG app is so smooth and easy to use without all these hiccups, so I don’t know why there is such disparity between regions.

Lousy app and very inconvenient
Very lousy app, after the latest update, the app don’t allow you to screenshot, so very inconvenient for customer to save information after transaction. And the troublesome log in method is the most stupid, the app hang multiple times so I have to delete and redownload and then horrible thing is I am required to issued new security pin (because I redownload the app) for all transactions and I am urgent to transfer money to my mum but I can’t do it because the security pin will only be issued a day after. This is the most stupid banking app, DBS has WAY BETTER app.
